Fulfillment Policy

Orders are processed based on product availability, clinical requirements, and service area; timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

DME of the Carolinas LLC provides cash‑pay durable medical equipment and related services. Some items may require provider documentation or additional verification before fulfillment.

Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately. Orders cannot be modified after fulfillment has started.

We do not guarantee delivery dates. Delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or factors outside our control do not qualify for refunds.
